Following pressure from the public, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), Department of Transportation (DOTr), and Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) have suspended the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP) and asked to revisit its implementation.
